Great review and demonstrations! I’d love to have one to learn all the different types of welding. But living on a retired Military budjet restricts my purchasing power….Oh well! Looks like a good machine to learn on though! Thank You for the video!!
The torch quality isn’t bad, I do wish it had auto gas flow. The Vevor 210P has it beat there with its internal gas solenoid and trigger on the torch but the hose and clamp setup to the regulator (which is not included with either). I have the 205 DS b and truthfully they built a fantastic mig welder with the option to to stick and TIG built in. I think when they set up the extra functions, you lose something elsewhere.
Can you put a dc amp clamp meter and see how accurate the display vs measured is in MMA? 120v vs 240v. Would be good content. I have the red kickstarter version.
Wow, that was a good review very professional. I’m very happy with that. I have their plasma cutter and it works very well for me or what I’m cutting. Thank you for your review.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️😎😎😎
Hey, I enjoyed your informative video on the YesWelder MP200. I a home diy'er who has never welded before. I just bought this unit and will be learning plasma cutting, Mig, and Tig welding on my own with help from TH-cam University😊. This and a few hand tools are all I own right now. I need help selecting the proper air compressor for the MP200. I don't have a big budget nor space. What is the minimal air compressor I can use for plasma cutting with the MP200. The thickest metal I'll be cutting is 11 or 10 gauge mild and stainless steel. Please recommend specs and a model of compressor I should be looking for. Thanks
@MakingStuff would the Firstess CT2050 be a better machine? I saw that you have did a review. how come YesWeld is sending you an older model to review after the 7 in one? does the Firstess CT2050 have any issues? it seems they stopped distributing it.
The CT2050 is a AC/DC TIG welder and will not do MIG. It also has a built in air compressor for the plasma cutter but can use an outside air source if you want. The MP200 will do TIG but only DC lift TIG. So you can't TIG weld aluminum with it. Both are good machines, each one has it's own purpose.
You are still confused by kilowatts. A further correction is required. Output is in watts or kilowatts because output is *power* (energy consumed per unit of time, namely, 1 second). Storage is in joules, watt-hours, kilowatt-hours (kWh), or amp-hours at a specified voltage (1 volt-amp = 1 watt) because storage is *energy* (and energy is power times duration). Thus the storage device might have a capacity of 2 kWh or 3 kWh.

They sent me the CT2050! I like it. Can’t wait to try more products. For the price point they seem like a steal!
Glad to hear. Thanks for watching!

Any air compressor should work. The smaller the tank, the more the compressor will run. Just keep that in mind if you buy a smaller sized one.
@@MakingStuff ok so a pancake will run fine? Would imagine you could spec out compressor needs by CFM and pressure, or at least by Hp.
Can it be used for welding aluminum?
No. Take a look at the DP200 or YWM-211p.

No problem 👍
What if you pull the tig torch straight up so the arc stops, but the gas is still shielding the weld?
You still have to pull it up away from the weld.
Is it possible to adjust amps and wire speed independently?
Yes you can adjust both independently.
Great review 😎
Thanks! 👍

And there is no such thing as Amperage, it's current.
@@cambridgemart2075:
Electrical current can be measured in amperes.
Tonnage is weight in tons.
Amperage is current in amperes.
No such thing as Amperage, it's current, as for tonnage, isn't that weight? And before you argue, I DO know what I'm talking about.
@@cambridgemart2075 No such thing as amps ? Is this from welders perspective? Volts x Amps = Watts elsewhere.
Read my comment again, I said Amperage not Amps.
selling 5 in 1 now in tiktok 169.99. like to see a review of one of those?
