Remember her kids are 16. It was just Father’s Day. They may be with their dad or with their friends. At that age, I had a car, a job, and pretty much my own life. As long as someone was going to be there with me overnight, my parents didn’t have a lot left that they needed to do for me. Really without Ben, there was probably nobody else even at home to give her a reason to stay. With all the money she has, I would have been retired, on vacation, and enjoying my wealth instead of working anyway.
