    I found your channel because I have a great interest in sheep. We are dairy farmers in SW Ontario. At this point we have no room for sheep , our barns are full of Holsteins. However, I’m learning all I can just in case 😉. I’m learning a lot from your videos. Great job, Heather D

    I like your sheep building. Could you tell me the dimensions? width ,length, alley width and how many ewes you like to put in it. Sorry to trouble you but I'm looking to build another barn for our flock and its nice to be able to see what x amount of sheep actually look like in a certain size barn.

      40 ft wide, 200 ft long, 10 ft alleyway, 15 ft on each side. Currently we have about 300 ewes inside this barn, but is technically too full. Ideally it would hold about 250 ewes with lambs till weaning. We are working on getting space ready in another shed to make more room. But this will give you some idea.
