BALANCED FORCES: When balanced force act on a body the acceleration of the body is zero or if a number of forces acting on a body produced zero acceleration then the forces are balanced.
UNBALANCED FORCES: If a number of forces acting on a body produced an acceleration in the body then the forces acting are called unbalanced forces.
