Lizzie never feel scared to be raw and unfiltered... my favorite thing about your vlogs is that you don't try to show just all the pretty things and we get to know you more on a personal level.. most creators just show the unattainable beautiful sides of their lives.. You are so inspiring and you are doing way better then you even know.

I struggle ever year with seasonal depression and I allow my self to fall right in to it this year I am desperately trying to hold on to that summer happiness and I think this is going to be a super helpful tool through the winter. I live in an area where in a few weeks I may not see sun again till late april! 😅😢

I had the podcast playing on my tv as I was redecorate my living room for Halloween. Once lizzie started talking about her migraines and not being able to see I stopped in my tracks. I have never relate to someone so much. When the blurriness starts to form in one eye I know what’s coming and it sucks too): I thought something was wrong with me but glad someone else is in the same boat with me!!
I agree what Lizze is saying about Sea World. It's sad seeing how these animals are treated in that place. I always loved seeing Orcas swimming free in the ocean. I just took my morning walk and came back to a new episode today! Thanks Ryland and Lizze!❤

I was at the Post Malone concert when he fell and what happened was a plate in the middle of the stage was lowered and never raised back up. So there was basically a hole in the middle of the stage. He bruised a couple of ribs but is fine! It was super sad and scary to watch though

When I was in my early 30's I got insane migraine headaches. One day they just stopped and never came back. I stopped drinking all artificial sweetener and truly believe it helped. We don't realize every single thing we eat or drink literally can change our system.
But the Royal family have done a lot of good with charities as well which people forget. At the end of the day she was a mother, a grandmother and a friend and will be grieved by many. We have known no different than having a Queen, she has been a part of our lives from birth, and I'm no Royalist but I did mourn her.
Artificial sweeteners have been linked too migraines. Do not know if you ingest them in anyway but it truly made mine disappear. Gone for 12 years now. :)

Migraines are the worst! 😱🙊 The only thing that makes them tolerable is Excedrin Migraine.
