      @DJ TLM TV, yoooooo!!! I too just got DDJ-1000SRT and I have to say I freakin love these things! Also its so much more convenient to carry around than lugging 2 heavy turntables , a mixer, a ton of cables etc.. I feel guilty sometimes because this little thing makes mixes so easy and fun man. But I have to admit, the scratching is a bit tricky because I'm so used to the 12 inch vinyls. Anyways awesome vids gonna practice this!!

    I really like the controller you're using, just got it a couple weeks ago. Used it at the club last week and a wedding the following day. It performed very well. I know you've used the record box version. Do you find any difference between the two? A lot of DJ's say that they are different and would prefer the record box version. Oh and I really like watching your tutorials. Have you had a chance to test out the phase yet? I have been using them and I love them. Don't have to worry about needle problems from bass vibrations and other stuff.

    Hey on this device, is there a way take tempo range wider? I got to be honest... coming from NS7ii, I kinda like the NS7 better. The jog wheel on this device seems to get away from me, but feels better on NS7ii. Also NS7ii has better loop feature and changes tempo ranges. Just wish it didn't suck to do maintenance on it with shitty internal design.

    • @djTLMtv
      @djTLMtv  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, compared to a motorized platter (like on the NS7), any jog wheel will feel different for sure. I will always prefer the motorized platter
      You should be able to change the tempo range either on the controller or in the software. I’ll have to check the controller to see if it has the feature on the unit (tomorrow).

      @iAmFAUST 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@djTLMtv ok thank you. So far haven't found it and I seen someone in a forum mention it. Others say the sync will work, which it does, but I am not a person who likes to use sync.

    I am right handed are you left handed i feel better with using my right hand on fader and left hand on jog wheel also can I scratch on outer side of jog wheel?

    • @djTLMtv
      @djTLMtv  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      We all have a favorite fader hand and jog hand (same here). On your left deck your hand would be on outside of the jog, but on the right deck it should be on the inner side. Otherwise you will move that jog wheel in the wrong direction.
      Or let me explain it like this: if you're standing directly above the middle of any jog wheel, you will place your hand on the left side of the wheel.
