我想問一個稅務問題，雖然同今次topic冇關，但唔知你可唔可以幫我打聽下點計法：有冇增值稅on一個遺產𠄘繼得來的物業(想出售那個物業)，🙏🏼

There is Captial Gain Tax in UK if u sell the property inherent from the deceased. The Gain will be the selling price minus the market value ( if u have done a valuation when u inherent the property) on the date u inherent that property and minus other relevant cost, e.g. legal fee, stamp duty etc. Then u will Tax on the Gain on your disposal in UK. If u do not have official valuation report , then, see if u can find out the market value on that period comparing the open market of similar property(會計師行過見到答下，no follow up questions, sor😊)
