Thank you, Lexi! Thanks to your passionate videos featuring the Sisley products, I became a Sisley enthusiast and can attest to the high quality of their products. So far I bought enough to qualify as a platinum member (you need 200 points, you get 1 points for every ten dollars you bought). I find their foundation and lipsticks amazing!! I also want to shout out about their more than wonderful customer services! They answered me right away, they let me return any products that I am not satisfied with. Sisley is a brand that provides the highest quality without the flashy packaging. They are true to their Swiss nature: chic, rich, high quality but not showing off in the appearance!!
I completely agree! No matter what skincare I try, I always come back to Sisley. I love how they don't have a ton of releases so when they launch something, you know it hasn't been rushed.
Great suggestions Lexi. I personally love the Rose face mask, the So Stretch Mascara, the Blush in Coral, and the L'Orchidée Blush. I use them often. I have a couple of the Phyto Eye Twists on my wishlist.
Hi Lexi, that Sisley blush you used looks outstanding on you!! Have you ever tried layering the shimmery one (golden rose?) over the others to give a luminous effect and change up the shades? The lip products are super pretty too. 😻❤❤
Hi! Nice video! I wish I could take advantage of the Sisley sale. The duties and shipping would cancel out the discount for me. I love Sisley! The crème gommante is the only exfoliator I use - It’s been so long that the price has more than doubled since I started using it. With respect to sunspots, I am sure that would have better success with a prescription product that contains the only product that has been clinically and scientifically proven to be effective (99% sure that Sisley doesn’t contain this ingredient). On the other hand, Sisley moisturizers are hard to beat. Thanks for the roundup.
Thank you Jocelyne! I am sure you are right about a prescription product. It will be a while before I can make it in to see my dermatologist but that is definitely something to look into for the future. I agree about Sisley moisturizers. I love how I don't feel any build-up or residue with them.
Lexi such a great video.love lt Helpful and so good.i think the serum worked good I got the beige Manhattan and its lovely.i love hydra flash and all the moisturizers .just a beautiful video
This video is so interesting overall - thank you so much! Sisley skincare is something out of my radar as it's just so expensive and I don't recognize this brand as "on top" to pay the prize (need to admit that I don't do so with any luxury brand out of the blue). I'm still not sure if their can deliver better than others let's say: it depends on your needs and the Inkey list. BUT: Your skin looks so pretty and healthy with no Makeup on, incredible. I always thought that you're suffering from rosacea or something but in this video I could see that this is not the case. Your natural skin looks beautiful - beautiful so much :) for the moles on your face which you like to get rid of: try Azelaic Acid as spot treatment in combination with Niacinamide (at night). :)
@@LexiJong Mostly I use Omorovicza’s reviving eye, and neck cream now. Dr Barbara Sturm, Sisley, 0h and Chantecaille are the other brands I like for skincare
@@dksosajfl thank you! It is always so hard to know what to try. I wish there was a device that could just tell you what will work best for your own skin.
I do love this purple eye shadow single. I have fout other colors, must buy this one. BTW, the sparkling eye liner of Sisley are the best in my humble opinion , much better than Chanel’s ones. The masks of Sisley are truly great. Regarding skin care I used this brand almost exclusively until my 40 years birthday. Then I discovered Skinmedica and saw huge positive difference in my skin after first two months using Skinmedica products for eyes and face with growth factors. Now I am only buying make-up and masks of Sisley
Thank you for sharing! I haven't tried SkinMedica yet but I will check them out. I also haven't tried the Sisley eye liners. I think those are a must try also!
Thanks for the video and recommendations, Lexi. I love Sisley too. I've used quite a few of the skincare items, and to be honest, I have found skincare from other brands that have made a more noticeable difference. I have hyper-pigmentation too; it's very difficult (if not impossible) to get rid of it, the best I have been able to do is to get it to fade with over-the-counter products. I've used so many different products, from hydroquinone, vitamin c (L-Ascorbic acid - so many different brands including Skinceuticals C) and all different acids etc. The only thing that has helped me is the Truth Treatments Vitamin C, which does not contain L-Ascorbic. He uses Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (a large amount), I have found this to work for me (and I've noticed a lot of people have had the same experience with this type of vit C. A 30 ml bottle lasted for 10 months because it doesn't contain water and you only need a couple of drops for your whole face - you need to use a mist in order to spread it properly. I suggest you look into it, you can always get it on sale and now they have 5ml and 10ml sizes. It may work for you, I have been very happy with it, it has brightened my skin considerably. Of course, my skin was/is much worse than yours so the results are more noticeable. I also use the Truth Treatments 5% retinol and I use Retrouve moisturizer and eye concentrate. You may know about TT's, but there are several videos featuring Ben Fuchs - just be careful with the youtuber you watch, he's done videos with a few different people. DM me on instagram if you want further info. I just thought I would let you know since I have had great results. I still use the Sisley masks and I do find them very luxurious. I love all their lip products and their makeup. Hope all is well with you! Take care, Ginny 😘😘😘
Thanks Ginny! Truth Treatments is a consideration too. They are on my list. I may dm you for some more recommendations. I really love the Sisley skincare line but if there are better options out there, I should save my money for other things. I have the Skinceuticals Vitamin C but I think the tetrahyexyldecyl ascorbate performs better which is one reason I love the retrouve nutrient face serum.
Your skin looks gorgeous on its own Lexi and the makeup products look so beautiful on you!! Still trying to figure out if there are skincare products that would work for my highly sensitive and acne prone skin. Thank you for sharing your favorites!!
Good afternoon Lexi! Hope you and your family are having a good weekend! Thank you for showing us all the Sisley products you are currently using as skin care. The Phyto blanc appears to be doing a really nice job in lightening up some of the sun spots you were targeting. Your skin looks so luminous and beautiful!! I am still enjoying the Black rose mask you sent my way. I really love the scent and the feeling it gives my skin. Thanks again for that treat! I am looking forward to your current skincare routine video. I am curious what brand of sunscreen you like to use. I have been on the hunt for a good one that doesn't irritate my skin. Thanks for another great video!! Take care!
Thank you Laurel! I am really loving the Sisley skincare items and I am glad you are enjoying the black rose mask. For sunscreen I am enjoying one called Anessa that I bought from yesstyle.
I just love love love Sisley so much. Only have used their skincare and a couple of the newer fragrances (1,2,3)... cannot get enough... it's my pocketbook that has, though. Ha!
Sisley is having a 20% off Family and friends sales going on now until October 8th. They also offer gift with purchases for any orders over $350, $600 and $1,000. I bought over $1,000 and they gave me all the gifts for all 3 levels of purchases. I’m now a platinum member and enjoy their overnight shipping!!
Hi Lexi, Thank you for sharing your Sisley favorites. I own all three of the L'Orchidée Blushes they still are my favorite. I also own a couple of their newer blushes. You look beautiful I love the look you created. I think Sisley skin care has a lot of fragrance in their skin care that is the main downside especially for the price. Too many other brands that are more of a medical grade skin care. Skincueticals just for one but their are many others Obaji. Dr. Gross and even for Retinol Beautybio but any good quality vitamin c for the day and a quality retinol for at night.
Yes, there are definitely a lot of great medical grade skincare lines out there! I have my eye on a few items to test out in the future from some other brands but I always end up going back to Sisley. I love the Sisley L'Orchidee blushes! They are so beautiful and such a work of art in the pan that it makes it almost painful to use! Lol!
I have used it in place of moisturizer under concealer but have let it sit for a bit first with no issues. I haven’t tried using it right before applying.
I always use the mask under concealer instead of eyecream, and for me the concealer creases much less, and lasts longer, in general looks much better for me applying it that way. Hope it helps 🌸
I use the Sisley self tanning creme (face and body) and the are really fantastic! Love the tone and also the beautiful hydration they give to my skin and I was wondering which of their creams (not self tanning) could be the most similar…
Thank you for the suggestions. I really like the look you created. The skin tint looks like it would be a great product. I have Rose 1 lip liner. I like it; but, lipsticks seem to pull peachy on me. I wanted something to counteract that. Velvet Blush doesn’t look as pretty on me as other people. I know it has to do with tone. I am very fair; but, I think I have an olive undertone. Any suggestions on pencils?
You are so welcome! Do you want a lip pencil to look more brown or more pink? I think you may have better luck with Chanel or Pat McGrath liners since there is a wider color range but for Sisley, the Sweet Coral may pull pink on you.
@@LexiJong I will try the PMG. Browns & taupes don’t work…I was thinking a burgundy smudged out might cut the peach & pretty Rose shades can come through.
