I play aphelios and i wanna know when should i play Press attack and when fleet

general rule of thumb:
Fleet = poke lane, good for healing up Lux zyra seraphine etc poke
PTA = Engage where you either kill or be killed

i almost always go pta unless it is an incredibly pokey lane like cait lux/senna or something like that and the sustain is neccessary
