I bought one of these asphalt bikes,. arrived in a week, rode it 49.8 miles and had 40% battery left. I was in level 1-2, gears 5-7 seems to be well built.
You can expect to get between 50-60 miles per charge. It depends on how you ride it, the terrain you're riding on, and the temperature outside. If you use more throttle and are riding on hills regularly, expect less, but 50 is a realistic safe number.
update in Nov 2024. they answered the line and answered my questions. mainly i called them since i bought from THEM and not from a local bike shop, so I know I'm gonna need parts from them long term. their motor isnt a bafang so I can tell you the rear wheel is like 150 to 175 ish. (i hope that means with motor included) but yeah, they were helpful-ish to me. I got my bike in Jan 2024, popped my tire in Feb 2024 and basically i did my first repair of even recalibrating my gears cuz the replacement pushed the gears out of alignment a bit. im not a representative for Mokwheel I just want this company to do well in the long term so i can get at least 5 good years out of this bike. bankruptcy is sadly a factor with direct to consumer ebike sellers. its kinda scary. like its not Enron bad but to me, for me to spend money and then the company fails is lowkey an Enron
