- Jigme Singye Wangchuck (born 11 November 1955) was the King of Bhutan (Druk Gyalpo). Je Khenpo, The Chief Abbot of the Central Monastic Body of Bhutan") and other Lama's are offering prayers at the special Ceremony held in Bhutan. Most of the Ministers and government officers attended the function. Kabney (Long Scarf) in white colour are worn by the common people and the Kabney in red colour are worn by the Minister with the national dress on it . This is a small part of Driglam Namzha (Bhutan etiquette)
