    Ingredients for 5 servings:-
    • 2 cups kabuli chana boiled with salt
    • 4 teaspoon cornflour
    • 1 teaspoon refined flour
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp Chaat masala or lemon juice
    • ½ tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 pinch food red colour
    • 10-15 garlic cloves
    • 1 tbsp oil for coating
    • Salt as per taste
    • As needed Oil for frying
    Method:-
    1) Wash & Soak chickpeas in water for at least 8 hours
    2) Now add some salt and pressure cook them till 3-4 whistles
    3) Drain and add them in a bowl
    4) Add corn flour, refined flour, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, salt red chilli powder, red food colour and oil. Mix and combine well
    5) Add more corn flour if required in coating process.
    6) Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
    7) Heat oil in a pan fry the garlic cloves untill light brown in colour. Remove and keep on kitchen paper tissue
    8) Then fry the chanas untill crisp. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue so that excess oil leaves.
    9) Finally serve chanas on a plate with fried garlic cloves. Enjoy!
