Just installed a new hood latch on my Mach 1 and had this same problem. I was beyond pissed until I saw this video, also felt somewhat stupid too lol. 👍🏻

Any advice on the hinges itself? I have the same Gen Mustang,but the hood sits more to the passenger side fender,almost rubbing. I should also mention I'm replacing the hood,since I had to remove it after hitting a deer,and and the fiberglass on the support underneath cracked. The new one I cant seem to align properly

I came across your video my 2013 mustang gt 5.0 I have a problem with my hood it rattles when reaching 80mph I've checked and I have those adjusting things that turn under my hood do I keep turning them until my hood aligned???? Please help

my hood seems to close perfect when I first shut it but after a while of driving it appears to sit higher out of no where what can be causing this

Maybe the one who want to bid on a car, they will "fix" the hood in auction sometimes because they want people to think thats something wrong with hood, and make people not so interested??
