For example, I want to show my custom video view audience 10 different creatives each time they are retargeted. Should I make an ad set with multiple ads? or set up different ad sets for each ad?
My question for you would be why? - If I undestand correctly you want to ensure the audience sees all 10 ads? over what period of time? And you don't want them to see the same image more than once? This can be done, but it's complex to setup and I'm not sure you would benefit from such a campaign. Obviously would need a lot more info and I'm not sure I can assist with this type of issue via TH-cam comments. Sorry I can't offer more info.

Hi, You can definitely do this. I'll have to add a demo of this for a new YT video. I can't guarantee when I'll do it tho. This kind of ability may also only be available with some types of ad campaigns, and if you are in a special interest category you may not be able to do this. I would also note that targeting only people who have viewed/engaged with an ad will greatly limit your audience and therefore reach.
