I then got out of bed to pick up my newborn, and while I was walking him around the house “pop” there was suddenly just one thing happening. I wonder, you say "there's is only one thing going on". As i try to "understand" your words, the One thing going on as i see it is "This" but also the awareness of it. Maybe they are the same? In oneness maybe they should be..? I'm 68, long time seeker

Have had this insight quite a few times, that this body of mine is just waker whom people call Kshitij and this is not me..but then this insight remains there only for brief seconds and then the Kshitij, world and associated issues come back again. How to get this realisation firmed up that this body is definitely not me! How to stabilize it? Any pointers would be very helpful. Thanks
