Well that certainly turned dark. The manipulated can be anyone and the manipulation can be perpetrated by anyone (who is defective). This film is a front row seat from which to watch the dim descent into gaslighting and abuse. Ugh.
Great production. Skillful actors. Plot was dark and interesting. The villain was one serious bunny boiler lunatic. Sadly, these relationships are real every day. Nice job!
Good effort, not a massive fan of the ending to be honest. I think ending the film with the scene before it with the red head girl just broken down with villain just laughing would have been a far more powerful ending. Two main actresses were very good. I like that you didn't play into sexual side of it too much and treated it a bit more serious. I was half expecting the crazy one (and the reason she was going missing for days) that she was now dating the girl's ex Thomas and it was all just her trying to just ruin her new man's ex.
From her lips, it's supposed to be the red head girl who's been abused by crazy one. The film could have just ended with the scene before that, telling us she's stuck in this awful cycle of been treated like crap from her ex to this girl. I think the ending just derailed what was a solid 30 something minute short.

I think it’s suppose to not really make sense - like we don’t know who killed who and it makes us question what actually happened !
Might be in the midst of a murder-suicide too.
