i use a free app called Clipgrab what can download MP3 or MP4 files off TH-cam, highly recommended, long as it's just for personal use to listen to and not for projects etc, it may be okay.

グリーン戦がLv50台で、いきなりレッドでLv80台が出てきたらインパクトと絶望感やばいしな
グリーンまではレベル58が最高だったのが、シロガネやまの最深部まで苦労して辿り着いてヘトヘトになってるところにいきなり初手レベル83のピカチュウ出てきたらそりゃ絶望しますよ。
その後も、カビゴンだのエーフィだの御三家だの、今でも高種族値のポケモンたちがレベル70代後半でわんさか出てきますからね。
あれはトラウマです。
