Run defense Fran please we have to fix it! Probably some jitters to but what a great way to stop them on those 4 and goals and force field goals when we could have just laid down for them.
@@Daoistify i think it’s a little of both because I do think Ohio wasn’t given enough credit, but some of the mistakes we were making with missed tackles and bad penalties were completely unnecessary and avoidable
@tylerv.5645 The defense has the talent just maybe they didn't have the whole scheme down. I'm sure Erob will be sitting down telling the DE to contain the edge better. The DB need to hit the runner not dive at there feet and not to over pursue the run. Easily 3 or 4 of the big runs was do to the over pursuit of the safeties and then the Rb cuts back and no one was there.
the offense looked good. As long as Wax is ack by the UNLV game we should be fine. I think Heard Jr stepped in and did well. Hopefully WR Ross-Simmons is ready nxt week which will give us another red zone threat. We must contain the GT running game nxt week if we are going to win.

Sloppy win vs a weak opponent. Definitely better than this. Believe it or not this team is SOLID. Speed and grit at WR, Size, speed and grit at TE, Size and speed at Safety and Corner. I'd like to see Grant get some work at Safety. But there's talent here to make a surprise Cinderella run but not like how they just played. I think Georgia Tech will be a good early test for Syracuse and we get NC state and then Miami at the end. Run defense is now a HUGE concern with Georgia Tech coming to town. But if we blow them out that'd be a good sign for a bounce back win bc this win was a win but it was bad

Don’t fix it ,we seen real coaching we have not seen in years! Passion , in players and coaches faces is part of what it takes at times.
We got lucky Ohio decided to pass in certain situations bc we could not stop the run. Idk why they did that but I’m grateful
