Parents went this weekend May 6th 2017 for the Robin Trower Concert and were seated on the left side of the balcony Row R seat 3 & 4. My mother saw a man standing about three seats to the right of her around the stairs twice within a few minutes. He was a tall man with his shirt tucked in, wearing dress pants and a belt, a watch, and had his arms crossed. She couldn't see a face and within a few seconds she blinked and he was gone. She at first thought it was just someone watching the concert, it was their first time there and had never heard anything about it being haunted and was very surprised to have seen a ghost. My mother then asked the lady sitting next to the area were it happened if she had seen the man standing there and she simply replied yes and had left within a few minutes. My mom told me what happened and we decided to google about the theater and its paranormal activity. We were really surprised to to learn it has a lot of activity and are glad we ran into this video!! So fascinating! I wonder if anyone was in that same concert and saw him!!!
In 1992, The Aztec was on life support, and was about to be demolished in order to make way for a parking garage. To keep the theatre from being crushed like a soda can, the Aztec was put on the National Register of Historic Places. No deaths are reported but a few people injured with 'Sulfur Bombs' resulting in burns but no Deaths at any time in the whole theaters life up to date!
Hi I was from Skidmore a hundred miles south of S.A. I'm 67 and I got to go to the Aztec in 1965. We were told that back in 1958 or 1959 a man was cheating on his wife. They had 3 kids. He used to meet his girlfriend in the balcony. One day his wife caught them and without saying a word came up behind them and slit his throat with a barber razor. He bled out in the balcony. They told us you could see his spirit roaming the theatre.
I LOVE THIS BUILDING! I LIVE IN SAN ANTONIO THANK YOU ! I HAVE BEEN SO ATTRACTED TO THIS BUILDING I WAS LOST WHEN THEY CLOSED IT DOWN not once but twice I often dream about this building ! I feel like it's a part of my soul !
A great building and it looks amazing and would love to see it but sadly i live in the uk and am disabled so that makes life a tad hard to get into places!Thank you all for sharing what you find and the evp at 15:33 says "All you!...get out!" very very faint and sounds like a women to!The last male Evp is clear and says "Positive!" and is a mid aged male at time 21:06 .the kiddie evp is saying something as you speak and is long but at this time i cannot make it out i hope someone can :)
Ya it is. It was completely abandoned 6years ago and was about to be demolished by the city of San Antonio stepped in and saved it and did a multi million renovation that took a year or so. They had to remodel the balcony because when it was a movie theatre the old owners had sealed the balcony off and split it into two small screens
11:47 in the back you see these little square windows. there are portholes that can be opened from the 3rd floor you can see everything but cant be seen. the 3rd floor isn't accessible from theater. only the elevator and side stairs.
there are 5 floors above abandoned for years and river level that is creepy. there are side entrances and passages ways. you can see that Chandidler from 3rd floor in little cubby holes.
I took out the old movie switches in a old room downstairs, they built around this old movie switch board so time to take out! To make the story short, I saw this spooks guy, looked like a old mob guy but he didn't say anything to me he just looked at me from a distance, but he looked at what I was doing with a sturn look, I was working for some guy so I thought he was the Man,you know the man who pays my boss, anyway I had a grinder in hand when I noticed him So I put it down to ask him where the restroom was at but by the time I put tool down and get to him ,he was gone ... No way he got out because only way to get out was to pass me which he did not!!!!!!I Was like 🤔🙅🏻♂️🏃🤸✌️
All of beautiful downtown San Antonio is a paranormal hotspot. One of the main major reasons I absolutely love San Antonio as my favorite cities. I am from there Southern neighbor cities Corpus Christi Texas. I love our neighbor northern cities.

10:04 There's a "See something? Say something" Sign, how ironic
Wasn't the "get out" voice the same from Woodlawn?
