My Google Business Profile is 85% complete I cant fine what is skipped, Love your honesty Luc, you genuinely try to help.
It's just a google bug. Nobody's listing shows 100% complete even when it is.

Have had only a quick look at this, looks very helpful, well thought out. I have one thought, I downloaded the Excel version and I looked at the page view and it had multiple pages which put the various columns on different pages. Now it could be my setup, as I use Linux not windows and Libre Office, not MS Office.
Sounds like it would be why. I would suggest you download the google sheet version instead

Thank you for this cheat sheet. I have a question that I haven’t seen answered and wondered if you could weigh in … What are the pros and cons of using a Google site as your main website other than the obvious one that Google owns it not yourself. Also if someone decided to use Google sites to set up multiple affiliate sites for income generation, is there any potential problems that you could see?

Is this info fresh and 100% up to date considering it’s now GBP and not GMB anymore? I see you use the terms interchangeably but gmb is all but phased out and before I dig into this I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a comp of old videos which don’t apply. Thx!
Nope, it's completely fresh. The reason I use Google My Business in the title of the video is because hardly anyone is searching for google business profile yet so I optimised it accordingly

Someone else used to live at this house we bought last year and had a google business attached to this address. they are no longer here, and I have no way of reaching them, how do I get their business unlinked from my address?
Is the listing still officially live? If so just mark it as permanently closed.

Unfortunately it sounds like you're not eligible for a listing. I would suggest you read Google's guidelines: support.google.com/business/answer/3038177
