Same to u amen... under lot of stress and anxiety the last 7 yrs and it shows on me now affecting my stomach ( ulcer, gastritis, body aches,weakness in and out to hospitals tried to do breathing and meditation on TH-cam.,.any advice to get out of this horrible knot upper stomach and heaviness on my chest🙏🙏🙏bless u
