I have found Mazda Australia to be completely uninterested in those who purchase their vehicles. Even the dealers complain about their warranty claims being impossible.
The best advertising Mazda can do is to respect their customers, show interest in them and greet them as people and not a numeric figure on paper.
Very sad for what was such a great company.
