  • We've getting may questions related to the helix positioning on the secondary. James highlights some of the details on our process and jhow we typically set up the secondary. We also focused this towards the WS200 (stock injector, stock turbocharged X3's).
    Parts:
    Stock Turbo R secondary spring
    Stock Turbo R helix
    KWI DR3 helix
    Thanks for check it out!

Good stuff. The DR3 helix is definitely more work to keep centered when applying wrap. The top washer doesn't stay centered like it does on the stock helix. I wish KWI supplied a top washer with a lip that centered itself in the helix.

Ive got a 2018 Canam X3 (175hp), all the clutches and engine is stock, all I have done is upgraded to 32" tires. The secondary clutch spring is set on the #4 position. Is that fine? or should I use a different position. Thanks!

What suggestions do you have for WS210ID and WS230ID? It seems like your setup and KWI's recomondations are quite a bit different for spring wrap and weight.

We typically start with this amount of wrap with that power level.
