This concert is performed to commemorate a Taiwanese Actress called Hsu Wei Lun, and the performer of this clip, Cyndi Wang, performed this song is mainly because the Actress who just passed away on 28th Jan, performed and had fun performing this song. Hence, Cyndi wanted to perform this song in memory of the happy times they had together. But she couldn't be happy over the death of her best friend.
