I like how Disney mixes up their uses of logos for a change every so often, like how the 1986 WDHV logo is used here after the FBI screens as opposed to using the 1991 Gold WDHV logo.
1998 is the most iconic year of the decade. We have Microsoft Windows 98, "Saving Private Ryan", Mark McGwire's home run record, Volvo Cars, Toon Disney, "The X-Files" movie, "Mulan", Disney's Animal Kingdom, and not to mention, "Melody Time"'s debut on home video.

I also found out that the 1998 VHS of “Halloween Haunt Party at DisneyLand” also has the WDHV logo twice just like the Pooh tapes.
