The focus should be on areas that need investment but it's also important to discuss the past just like its important to still talk about the Holocaust because it reminds people that just because the war is over, it doesn't mean people aren't still dealing with emotional trauma that hampers progress. There are still many refugees living all over Africa and the West who have an emotional block and cannot even fathom going back so that means a lot of the country's best talent/human resources are not available to help develop the country. These are all pertinent issues to discuss during the rebuilding process

The youth population is growing rapidly in the country which is the manpower, the just need job to display themselves.
