I’m in tears. About 6 years ago I started having extreme panic attacks. For a whole week. RHPC got me through that week. This video got me through that week and through many more days where I was filled with anxiety. It became my comfort video.
I’d be in school throwing up in the nurse’s office and she’d knock gently on the bathroom door and suggest I try “watching that dance video you love!”. And she was right. Under so much anxiety you can forget the things that make your brain feel calm.
Anyways I’m rewatching this and it’s been so long, but it’s still as amazing as I remember 🥹
