I agree with this comment. Band-Maid is definitely their own genre. Completely original. And bands that are original and rock hard are the best ones out there.

Welcome back to Band Maid Craig! On the "Domination" reaction, we did warn you that "No God" was fast and unexpected! Band Maid's most recent album "Unseen World" has a bit of mix of old school and progressive. You can go back to that full-on Rock feel in "Freedom (live)" or "Real Existence (live)" or venture further into blow-your-mind territory with "Black Hole". I should mention that there is currently a limited-time-available acoustic performance of "Sayonakidori", and that a new EP is due out next month! Just before Band Maid tour the US.

IMO,BAND-MAID are the greatest band ever.
Smooth use of slap and pick on the bass, impressive octave playing riffs on the guitar. tight drums. Attractive vocals and well-structured compose, perfect.
This was the best reaction ever, just completely focused and amazed the whole time, haha. This album is all killer right from the start to the last song. Ad huge as a fan as I am with this band, Unseen World is their only album that I love every song, maybe except for one, but just a killer album.

I suggest all the albums lol. This one is off their latest album Unseen World.
Band-Maid's most recent album, Unseen World, would be in my personal top ten albums of 2021. I listen to a lot of albums each year in rock, metal and blues so it takes an amazing album to get into the top 10 that includes all three of those genres. Unseen World is a masterpiece. You should watch two music videos for songs off of that album. They are for the songs Warning and After Life and are both on their TH-cam channel. You have already reacted to three songs from the album - No God, Manners and Black Hole. As has been mentioned, the acoustic version of Sayonakidori is currently on their channel for a limited time. That song is also from Unseen World.
You should give another Japanese band a try. The band is called Unlucky Morpheus and a great song to start with is Black Pentagram.

If you are talking about physical copies, then the Conqueror album has the best covers, IMO. There are three different cover versions I know of. The original with just Miku, the "A" press with Miku sticking her tongue out, and the "B" press with Saiki. There is a vinyl press available as well, but just the original cover. Grab it if you can.

Craig, I recommend that you react to "Chemical Reaction", the official live video. The song is from Band Maid's Conqueror album. It is an absolute late 60's- early 70's throwback song, with thundering bass, cowbell, and a Jimi Hendrix "Purple Haze" rift at the end. The song show this band can play any kind of rock music. So talented!!!

Very nice reaction. As for the next song to react to, try "Why, Why, Why", Chemical Reaction, Freezer, Matchless Gum, Unfair Game, At the drop of the hat, Yuragu, Awkward, Clang, just about ANY song by BAnd Maid, either with or without a video to accompany it.
