Let the referendum come before the elections; it'll be easy. Doing general elections alongside the referendum will complicate matters. If we get to general elections, all the elective positions that we have now will still be there and it will bring a crisis; for instance, if you vote for senators for example and the same time vote to abolish that position, it will create confusion. So, let the referendum come before elections, it is more feasible that way.

However, we should have counties ad follows:- Coast Province becomes Mombasa County and Coast County; North Eastern Province becomes North Eastern County; Eastern Province be split into two Counties; Upper Eastern and Lower Eastern (Wakamba Waembu na Wameru); Nairobi remains Nairobi County; Central Province remains Cetral County. Rift Valley be divided into 3-counties, Upper Rift County, Central Rift County and Lower Rift County. Western and Nyanza remain Western County and Nyanza County. These now become 12-Counties.

This guy is impressive. Large government, especially a corrupt government, can hurt economic growth and not necessarily lead to better societal outcomes. There's empirical relationship between smaller government size and economic growth rates thereby enhancing upward mobility & living standards for average citizens.
