Similarly social media is not a bad place. It's a question of how much it is controlling you. My observation from last decade n half we as humans didn't evolve well (women excluded, they are two step ahead) it felt like we are living thru someone's narrative, hashtags and lot of unwanted advisors. I can live without mobile to answer.
Yes, I can live without mobile phone, but biggest inconvenience I have to face without mobile phone is UPI transaction maintaing cash for every small task is not easy for me.
New HMD (Nokia) feature phones come with scan and pay upi option. Also, they have type c charging port. You can check, it would be more convenient for you. I am also thinking to shift to this type of phones because I use only two things in my smartphone, that are upi and maps.
I can, and I want to as well. I have Jio Fiber landline at my office and home as well. Since I use of my landline most of the time when I am at my office and / or home, my mobile battery lasts longer. Also I do not have network issue like call drop or disturbance. I totally want to get off my mobile phone addiction. Last year I had some mental issues with my mobile phone, whenever it rang, I would feel restless. So I kept it on silent mode since last year. I use mobile phone when I go out to buy goods and services for UPI. I have multiple desktop computer for my work and learning, connected via LAN to broadband.
Mobile phones with internet are a big equalizer of our society, just like road or metro transport. Mobile phones are really driving the concept of equality in human society.
This is the very serious question in the present time what you live without your mobile phone? It's my opinion most of the public will say no , it is not possible because mobile phone become their necessity like as you say water, food.
Honestly !! I think its too difficult to be without mobile phone. For us its like handkerchief now.. If you ask me to calculate without calculator big things, I say why. Sameway !! For peace of mind weekly one day, i can put it on silent mode. Good and informative to think about to be in control.. Thank you 🎉
A good point discuss, but what about uneducated poor voter population of India are leaving behind unsatisfied who don't know about the any electronic or digital gadgets.
I’ve been making a lot of losses trying to make a perfect trading. I thought trading on a demo account was just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?

I will advise you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing.
If you can, then get a professional to trade for you I think that way your assets are more secure.
