Ingredients for Lal Meethi Chutney:
Saunf - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Kali Mirch - ½ tsp
Kasoori Methi - ½ tsp
Ghee - ½ tsp
Heeng - 1 pinch
Lal Mirch Powder - ½ tsp
Pani - 1 ½ cup
Cheeni - 1 cup
Imli Chutney - ½ cup OR (3 tbsp imli, soaked in ⅓ cup water)
Kala Namak - ½ tsp
Magaz - 1 tsp
Ingredients for Hari Chutney:
Lemon Juice - 1 ½ tsp
Dhania - 2 small bunch
Hari Mirch - 2
Salt - to taste
Pudina - 10-12 leaves
Bhujia - 2 tbsp (use bikaneri for best taste)
Pani - 2 - 4 tbsp
Dahi - ½ cup (more or less)
Kala Namak - ½ tsp
