Not going to happen. It's like hearing boomers say they will never pay for a $5 dollar hamburger. You can thank the republican dominated fed reserves for inflation. At the state level, developrs, banks and real estate agents run the show.

Then get rid of the illegals!
Supply/demand. When illegals occupy a home, that makes fewer homes available for American citizens. When there are few homes available, the cost of each home goes up because the seller will sell to whoever can offer them the most money.

Their always hired first because they can pay them what is the lowest wage they can get away with. Ask the donald and elon musk why they hire them

They built tons of those huge box apartments along Mountain View corridor, so thousands of illegal immigrants have moved into those more affordable housing units.
The Venezuelan gangs shot a guy in the back and then smashed their car through somebody's fence in their backyard last fall. Local news did everything to keep the identity of the suspects under wraps but the police recently revealed that they were part of that same Venezuelan gang that took over the apartments in Colorado.

Agreed. LEGALLY. It's insane to think we as a Country and a State can handle the influx and having to cater to non English speaking. That alone is a huge burden. We were broken in to in 2021 and my husband was shot by an illegal. And he did not jail time for an attempted homicide. This needs to change. And if your here illegally, that in itself is a crime.
