- Hey guys! We are back out at the property and making room to get started on Brian's house. To do that we've rented the Wacker Neuson ST45 skid steer from Franklin Equipment Rentals. Definitely a great setup! Give both companies a look if you get the chance, you won't be disappointed.

Thanks!! We are very happy to be there. Its been a long tough road with lots of challenges but we are getting through it all. We rented the skid steer from Franklin Equipment who is a local rental and sales company. Great people!! I highly recommend them.

Nice machine. So glad to see you getting ready. So looking forward to your build. I used a Bobcat Skidsteer once many years ago. Those things are awesome. Built just right for the job. Much faster than tractor and loader. Thanks Terry and Brian.

I saw Franklin had a deal for Bobcat rental in October that was like $150 for a day and $200 for a weekend... wish I would have jumped on that. Been meaning to dig out a shooting lane on some family land.
Yeah that is an awesome deal!! Its great equipment as well. We have been more than pleased with the entire experience. Great company and the local employees are great as well. Very personable. They talk with you not at you.

How long has that pile been there to have that much growth on it?
About 1 year. Those weeds grow about 8 feet or more in one summer then die off. Its a vicious cycle ha ha.

@@ForestToFarm I've got some Virginia creeper that gets in my flower garden along with golden rod that ive got to deal with. It's all those little things we learn about in the first year after moving unto new property.
Yeah ya just gotta roll with the punches. I look forward to the challenge once we finally get moved in and start setting up the gardens and orchard. I see the weeds as nature healing itself from the destruction we have temporarily cause while clearing land. Better to have weeds in the ground than no roots at all. Gotta look at the bright side of things. :)

Seems more like an add for the equipment than a TH-cam video. I appreciate the effort it took to make the video but my preference would be to see it in real time with less background music. Not getting down on you, just giving you my opinion. Have a good one.
Thanks for the feedback. I have enjoyed your comments and your opinion is important to us. We will have a mix of videos over the coming years. Some people love it one way while others love it the opposite. We try to give a little something for everyone.

Been a fan since early on, but content is suffering with the recent videos...
I understand. We love doing cinematic videos so there are going to be lots of them over the years. :) There are going to be plenty of detailed videos as well. Some people love music and effects some hate it. You just can not please everyone. We like a mix and that's pretty much what will be going on here.

Nice looking machine but Wacker Neuson has the worst product ever. On my brand new loader there is crushed wires, loose bolts and things broken. I couldn't be more upset and they won't help me at all!
Wow. We had great luck with the rentals we used. You may have gotten a lemon. It happens to the best of them. Good luck.
