[Grand Voyage] - Luffy V2 LVL3 Chill team

Grand voyage Luffy str/Luffy 2 is pretty hard on lvl5 so here's a lvl3 team idea for now. I dont expect to beat level 5 soon but the new dex blackbeard gives me some hope for the future. Doing 100m dmg with a 4.25x captain is so shit honestly and you will need 150 everything at the moment so we wait.

Was wondering If Friend Uta can be replaced by quick legend law (he reduces paralysis too) but not sure regarding special rewind

uta provides damage for 3 stages and rewind not really a good replacement
