For the low-cut shirts.. I think it's best for Thai actors to wear just their suit jacket or their button up low because it can easily hit 40 degrees (using Celsius here cause Canadian) during a hot day. And it can often have a humidex of even higher temps. So I don't blame anyone for not wearing a suit shirt or buttoning up. (I mean thanks for the visuals too~)
Also for the "Boun doesn't want to do the interview anymore" what happened was. Prem was dehydrated and very hungry. He told Boun and the press he was feeling dizzy cause he hadn't eaten yet. Boun asked one of the reporters or staff for water. One of them laughed at Prem (they thought it was a joke).. and that's why Boun glared.
