Make sure to have the latest CSP version..
CAUTION ⚠️: About singleplayer AI: There is currently an issue with our AI layout and CSP versions after 0.2.0:
The layout will work but it will take a very (very!) long time to load.
The layout will never load and/or crash.
We are working on a fix.
For now, if it doesn't load after 10 minutes, assume that it will not work.

I didnt really understand what you mean but if you are tslking about the guy I was chasing, that was in an online lobby, ai traffic are slow as well as they dont race in srp

Make sure that you are using "Track day" mode and not "practice", also make sure to use a car that doesnt have errors

have the newest previeuw version of csp. and when in the right map when i open traffic planner or what else. i can only get a few traffic cars every few minutes.. seems like its not responding aswell anny idia how to get that to work?
The official srp map doesnt have that dense traffic, but dont worry I will be uploading a new tutorial on how to get dense traffic in srp soon.

The cars spawn for me it's just slows my game down soo much even when I put 1 in the traffic number I have a good pc so idk why this is happening. Rtx 4060 and good cpu aswell any tweaks I should do?

Use winrar
I had this same issue and there's literally no reddits or anything to help fix it, basically all you need to do is keep opening it and waiting like 10-20 seconds to see if it finishes. if it doesnt finish then cancel it and try again until it works

Make sure you are in track day mode
Help i just sit in the initializing ai spline loading screen for an eternity 🤷
