3:55 That's a very good point. What maps you tend to play on definitely affects how you rank characters. I'm guessing the guy who made the last tier list played a lot of Time Park.
Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Scuba Soldier but the other day when I caught the beginning of a game of Time Park I used him out of frustration and superglued myself to the very middle for the whole game.
I main imp and do turf, no other gamemodes unless town center portal, and i can claim that fire flower is quite painful to fight as imp, because he has low health, and fire flower (and damage over time shit in general) just hits me from across the map and now I have damage over time thats set, and thats painful as imp because low health cap.
@@tyler202021 Mine would be the breath chompers, the hotrod chomper, and the alien flower/default sunflower. Without a doubt a jump from the other list.
Anyone else remember when cosmic was actually decent because his ranged attack had almost no damage fall off, WAY longer firing time before overheating on top of hitting like 10-12 damage at far range?
I actually really like the electrician. He's the only one I've mastered, because of my lack of use of the entire class, he has crazy direct damage, decent splash, and he gets chain lightning as well.
The one saving grace of cosmic brains imo is a glitch that he’s had for the longest time. If you charge a punch and jump he will use his hit, and when he lands he will still have the fully charged punch allowing him to essentially evaporate roses and sunflowers. Throw a kick in and he will kill any cacti or peashooters providing you land the punches. Another redeeming factor is that he sustains his punch charge through kick, so he is deceptively bad to the people who don’t realize this about him
Fully charge punch short hop super kick charge up to semi charge while they pretty much float to you then spam should kill most plants. If you can’t get enough time to charge spam semi charge.
A few tips for alien flower :) 1. Use her for crowd control, even though the spore does four damage, just spam to drive people away. 2. This plant is amazing on all zombies, even all star as it’s one of the slowest zombies
Super brainz is the only one I would say is hard to win against though. He can jump out of spore clouds, close distance like it’s nothing, and his melee can kill you faster than you can say lemme get my heal flower 3 times fast. Other than that, a surprisingly good counter character
I don't know how good Fire Cactus compared to most characters on this list, but I think he's a pretty solid character. He's actually my main, I like the fact that Fire Damage basically gives him the hidden ability to track enemies from behind walls after hitting them, but also continually doing damage which sometimes finishes off an enemy who managed to get behind cover.

Cosmic Brains is an Assassin, you lead someone around a corner, charge up, then blast them out of existence. It sucks compared to the other rush-based brains, but he is good if you look at him as his own class.
My philosophy in games like this with characters with abilities is that no character is bad or good, it all depends on how well the player can use their abilities
I agree. As a kid, I use to think that rose was had the worst abilities cause only one did damage. Now, I think she has phenomenal abilities that can get you out of any situation.
I will stand up for Mystic Flower and Rugby Star. Mystic Flower's fire rate is so high she basically fires at the rate of Z7 Imp. 18 Bullets per clip, 15s on impact, it adds up to 270 damage per clip, basically as fast as you can mash RT. Rugby star's damage output is pretty damn good, about twenty per bullet, with 17 bullets before overheating, and a little bit of splash to boot. Mystic Flower is B tier, probably A tier, and Rugby star is B tier at best and C at worst.
Honestly I agree People who play chemist are like "Look at me I hit 35 Fuckin damage everyone better watch out" when really you can get countered pretty easily either get on top on a roof or just stay away from him.
Can you elaborate? Recently picked up the game on pc. Havent used him since I unlocked him was my third unlocked character. I cant seem to hit for as much as the other all stars with him yet I'm told he has high dps? Is there a spesific way your supposed to use all stars?

Idk about anyone else, but i think electrician is really underrated. 38 damage direct (with dmg upgrade) 10 Splash MASSIVE splash radius The electric effect works really well with splash - you can just spam onto a turf point and you will get kills Prob either my favorite or second favorite engineer
Same hes great if your accurate and dont freak out mid fight I use him for the boss hunts and beat crazy mode with him which like only .04 percent of players have ever done
It still triggers me to see yeti chomper so low here. The only thing bad about it is that it is a pain im the ass to aim with. Freezing, goop which quickly reloads, decemt damage (35 with upgrade), decent health, arc shot (which allows for hitting people behind rooftops), burrow for pinches, and spike weed which is free 50 damage plus a stun (or free heals plus a stun if vamp weed).
That being said I still love wolfys videos. I just wish that yeti chomper got the attention it deserves. It literally is better than most chompers played as a chomper, but doesn't need played as a chomper. It has a ranged attack, fixing the biggest downfall of the chomper class.
People really need to understand that it's about playstyle, especially with chomper. Yeti, armor, twilight, and power are the best chompers. Period. They each correlate to the different playstyles: power for spray, as fire damage over time isn't useful for melee characters and he has a larger hit radius Armor for stealth, he's slow but not as slow as people think and he has 235hp with the health upgrades Twilight for speed, as he is literally faster than hot rod and has warp. Yeti for ranged, as his shots are like fucking goop if you land like 3, and with chompcannon (since he doesn't need goop) means you can out dps a soldier And hot rod if you don't know how to play chomper right and just suicide.

Y’know, it’s kind of funny how I like playing as not very good characters in video games. I play as Larry in smash bros ultimate, and whenever I go to a friends house to play garden warfare 2, I play bbq corn
i think future cactus should be in S tier. he is by far the best cactus and can hit 100+ damage when headshotting at full charge. and maaaybe pylon imp a bit higher, i personally love imps and with upgrades he can be pretty good even though he is considered the worst imp.
So, hot take: Painter is at least high tier, splash is good, his damage at ranged is LUDICROUS (+ 45 damage at close), and when paired with turbo jack he's like scientist with slower reload
Yeah Painter is second highest tier for me, his DPS is insane and you can snipe with him. I brutalized a camping Future Cactus with him earlier across the map
Painters splash is terrible and he is meant to be a sniper, you better have a good aim to actually make use of that damage, if you have a good aim you might as well use the other engineers, like reg (hits 40) or electrician (hits 35 + electric damage)

being honest, my tier list is completely different from that and I'm kinda proud that I have my own character list, but honestly, it all just comes down to personal preference at the end of the day
Cacti: Future is A tier Petrified is A tier Zen is A tier Camo is B tier Reg is B tier Bandit is B tier Jade is C tier Electro is D tier Fire is D tier Ice is D tier The cacti are ordered within their respective tiers Reasons: Future hits crazy damage with fully charged shots plus they have lots of splash, her uncharged shots hit decent damge and can be used very quickly, she is very accurate, she is decent at all ranges and her only downside is how easy she is to spot when charging up a shot. Petrified is very good at close range but doesn't have as much damage output as future at long range. Zen is good at everything. Camo is very good at long range, but is completely useless at close range, probably has the highest damge output of all the cacti if you can land crits and is very precise however she shoots very slowly, she's effectively better captain squawk. Reg is good at everything, just less good than zen. Bandit has a very high damge output, shoots fast but is very inaccurate, she is not very good at range but is very good at close range, her abilities don't really help her in her role as an assault character. Jade is the most underrated cacti, she is at the very top of C tier, i was considering putting her in B tier but then i looked at the other characters in B tier and thought that she didn't really belong there. Shes got decent damge, splash and more health than the other cacti, most people put her down for her lack of speed but i dont think the cacti need a lot of mobility in their role as the plants sniper. Definitely my favourite cactus. All 3 ot the elemental cacti are really overated in my opinion. Their gimmicks are good but they're cancelled out by the characters negatives, all three of them have damge dropoff which really hinders them as cacti, fire and electric cactus are really easy to spot, they all hit slightly different damage but the highest upclose damge that can be done as one of them (electric) in a single hit (excluding their elemental attributes) with a critical hit is one more damage (26) than reg cactus hits from across the map with a body shot (25). Electro is a bit better than the others due to slightly higher damage and being moderately useful in ops. Fire cactus is next due to fire damge almost making up for her ranged dropoff, ice cactus is the worst cactus despite ice being one of the better attributes to have for a cactus on paper. Her lack of damge really hinders her and by the time you've frozen your target they're already dead because of how much damage you have to put into them to freeze them. I hope i haven't pissed anyone of with this list. Please tell me your opinion in the replies
Alien flower in decent?! Well, admittedly they are kinda situational, if the enemies have a bunch of bolt blasters or sniping pirates they're amazing at taking out people who don't move, the full damage including the aoe is like 40 damage or so and shoots really fast, it's great for slow moving or stationary targets such as people in objective.
@Maxwell Snell She's still pretty good in team vanquish, she's used differently regardless of the gamemode, she can deny areas of the map, not just an objective, hallways, doors, roofs, and any kind of choke point, she's played completely different to any other sunflower.
The few characters I didn't agree on. Cozmic is aids, but using the lag to my advantage, I can land some dirty hits with him and have gotten great streaks. BBQ corn despite being nerfed I mastered super fast, chipping away rapidly at your enemies gets you some sick kills. Fire/Reg Sunflower, their damage output is meh and their healing isn't fast enough, their accuracy is alright though. Toxic Citron I ended up getting the highest kill streak before (43) but was beaten by Iron Citron the day I unlocked him, keep in mind this was after the rework and Toxic Citron is only at specialist. He's good but even up close his damage is crap. Party and Reg Imps mechs are amazing, but the recoil and inaccuracy on their weapons makes me hate using them, I know their damage output is high, but I hate that recoil with a passion. I never liked using the manual detonation characters, everyone talks about how busted they are but I couldn't care too much, ironically enough E.Pea was my first mastered Peashooter, but I never used him his intended way, I landed direct shots because the explosion radius of the manual detonation is actually garbage, Captain Cannon either lags or just sucks because he blows up his shots prematurely sometimes. I used to main Pops Corn back on hero showcase when I first bought the game, but like for some reason I can barely get kills with him now, I guess my accuracy got worse. Camo Ranger is easily Solid because unlike Cacti, he can still fight back if they get too close to him. Plasma Peas nerf honestly ruined him for me. I always thought Chompula was better than hotrod because you have more health, you heal health, and you also get a slight speed boost from his kills (Unless they removed that because GW1 gave him some speed) Druid rose is up with Nec'Rose, I mastered them both and they are sickly. Super Commandos ammo nerf really ruined it for me because despite having 2 reloads, not only is his damage far less lethal, its also inaccurate, I notice this with GW2 some lf the bolt or accurate type classes actually miss alot, in GW1 I could land shots super accurately (I mained Camo Cactus in GW1) yet in GW2, Camo Cactus (or any cactus really) is unusable for me. Other than that, pretty accurate.
Alien Flower and Toxic Citron are absolutely insane when fully upgraded :) the amount of splash damage and linger damage they both do is stupid, specially toxic citron, sure he does low damage, but it's made up with the amount of splash damage he does! Super good in garden ops! My brother and I recently beat crazy difficulty with those two characters :) I respect your opinion in this video of course! That's so valid, but totally should give em a shot again
hockey star just deals so much damage. I encountered a hotrod chomper as a hockey star and beat him multiple times after they had gooped me in close combat
Personally, I would’ve put deadbeard a tier higher because he has the most mobility while ADS of any pirate (quick scoping) and since plants heads are huge he can hit 30s at mid range That paired with his fast fire rate and two separate tools for dealing with choppers makes him easily my favourite character
My opinion is that the astronaut should be a bit higher. -Fully automatic weapoon -fast firing - 15 to 20 to 24 damage. - 20 ammo in the mag - 2 second reload

Mystic and pharaoh cactus are actually stupid good and imo are better than stuffy and vampire. Camo cactus is probably better than any other cactus if you don’t suck (66 damage headshots are really insane).

I seriously need to use mystic flower, cricket star is possibly my favorite allstar. Honestly, sun pharaoh is not bad at all, people just don't like burst weapons in games unless it is broken. Camo cactus is cracked in turf tho.
Hey Wolfy, fun fact The power chomper is really good because with his spray He hits a 10 as soon as you spray meaning you can use him like a z-7 Imp and just use your trigger finger to melt through people.👍🙂
Kernel Corn is my favorite the only thing I don’t like is that when you use the power up where he jumps over the enemy shooting them he can very easily hit a wall or the player itself canceling the damage from his shots.

After his video on why Rock is the worst Peashooter, there is no WAY that is in 'Good' tier. Also it hurts seeing that right next to the Commando, which is my favourite Pea
I'd say that moto-x super star should be up there with the solids for the sole reason that its able to outspray a vampire sunflower even when you put down a mini sunflower for an extra health boost. Plus the mud disables an enemy's ability and kills them fairly quick. The luchador super star should also maybe be solid due to the main reason of the slow yet really hard hitting bullets, I'd say its better for a closer range tho, it would only take a few shots to the head to kill an enemy with the luchador super star, but that's just my opinion since I main both moto-x and the luchador (cuz they're the only ones I have lol)
This is gonna be long but I'm going to make an opinion list on all the characters. Peashooter: Splash damage is good, headshot damage is orgasmic, I tend not to pogo jump. Chili Bean Bomb is not overpowered in any shape or form. Same goes for the Gatling mode. Fire Pea: Damage is neat, fire damage destroys the enemy with ease. Don't forget splash. Ice Pea: Holy sh*t, such an underrated character. Peashooters have splash, use it as an advantage with this character. Toxic Pea: Toxic damage is great, once again, there's splash(best splash for Peas). Commando Pea: Fully auto peashooter with damage that can do more then shots from Gatling. Agent Pea: My favorite pea, my most used character in the game. Headshots are insane. Commando , Agent, and Law don't do Splash damage. Law Pea: Shoot toward the head, 6 shots with this character and most zombies are down for the count. Plasma Pea: I hate 5455 using this character. This characters charged shots are annoying because you can pogo jump with it. 78 f*cking damage and a pogo pea... Rock Pea: My least favorite Pea because it's an armored character and it's splash is super weird. Electro Pea: How hard is it to nerf this character. I used this character only to master it and I hate murdering people( Unless I feel like vengeance is the only way). Chomper: I suck at being in close range fights so Chompers aren't good for me. Spikeweeds are op, Goop is useful for me, and Burrow is insanely overpowered. This Chomper is annoying, not a lot to talk about. Fire Chomper: Easily one of the most nerfed characters in PVZ GW history. He used to hit like a truck. He was a walking Blazing Blast. Now he's just a Chomper who spits out fire. Toxic Chomper: Not an op character, fun to use cause spraying Chompers aren't annoying in any way shape or form. Toxic damage can finish them off. Power Chomper: Heh, easily one of my favorite Chompers, due to the zap affect when it chains others. Does a decent amount of damage up close. Count Chompula: My favorite Chomper hands down. Gulp one enemy, gain health. Its super simple to use. Just don't die before then... Chomp Thing: What even is this Chomper. Its the weakest version of all spraying Chompers. It's heal faster ability isn't that useful either. Armor Chomper: Use the slow but deadly chomps towards your advantage. Not only does his chomps do more damage, but he also has the most health. Yeti Chomper: A Chomper who doesn't need to attack close range, not a good idea. The freeze effects is sadly the only good thing you get out if this mid range shooter. Disco Chomper: This Chomper is a legendary, Disco Time gives this Chomper more abilities, speed, chomp damage, actually that's it. Hot Rod Chomper: This Chomper is the scariest thing ever. Get the hell out of its way or it'll sneak behind you and kill you. Speed is key with this character. Unicorn Chomper: Only the kids who grinded in GW can have this character. This Mythical Legend has a secret weapon, Unicorn Warp. Let's just say it's harder to get away. Twighlight Chomper: Yay a new character, who is it gonna be. I hope it's a Rose, or an Imp! Oh wait, another Chomper with a Midnight Warp ability that can reach you from a mile away. Sunflower: I see too much of these flowers glooming everwhere healing each other and healing themselves with their bastard Heal Flowers. This sunshine also has a Gatling of its own, the Sunbeam. Sunflower is a fully auto supporter with a big magazine of ammo. Fire Flower: A very strong flower with very little auto time. Still does tons of fire damage though. Power Flower: This Sunflower is underrated, able to murder characters faster with the chain affect and the rapid auto fire. Mystic Flower: A very popular flower because of high damage from the 1st stage of her charged attack. The other ones you don't need to use as much. Shadow Flower: My favorite Sunflower because how big her magazine is. You can't really miss a shot with her. Metal Petal: This character also rocks a coat of paint that helps her in the fight because she gets just as much health as a Peashooter. Alien Flower: This character went from one of the most hated characters to one of the best because her mysterious sparkles deal extra damage when hit. Foot Soldiers can't stand and camp in high places anymore. Sun Pharaoh: Oh look, a burst flower with less firepower then most Sunflowers. Her damage is decent and your accuracy doesn't need depending on. Vampire Flower: The best looking Sunflower with only 85 health because every hit towards someone helps herself. Stuffy Flower: This character is the best supporter of all sunflowers because she drops sunlight that can heal her teammates when she hits someone. Cactus: The sniper class of the plant side, she's able to cover herself using Tallnuts and Potato Mines aren't annoying at all. Her Garlic Drone is a very great feature, it's so f*cking fun to use. Regular Cactus is actually really good. Fire Cactus: Jesus Christ, this used to be my most used character in GW1 because of the damage and fire effect. Ice Cactus: This ice variant is very underrated doing almost just as much damage as every other cactus and has the freeze effect where you just narrow your target down as they stand there. Power Cactus: I love the design with the lil plug in her mouth. Cacti are very underrated and with Cactus having her own Electric variant, this character is very underrated.
The fact he put pylon imp, that energy engineer, and some other characters in tier c says allot about this vid. Like pylon imp is the most OP thing ever in the game bro, his mines stay active when you are out of robot state and its instant death.
I respect your opinion and im going to inform politely where I disagree 1. Scallywag is really good I think hes pretty underrated and imp with a legendary mode will always be op 2. Dont kill me for this but toxic brainz is mid everytime you pick him everyone is either gonna run away or target you from across the map even then before you get overload he does so little damage tb isnt awful but hes overrated in my opinion 3. Twilight is busted as hell in everything but turf, vanquish confirmed and team vanquish and there hes b tier in anything else solid A 4. Chemist is weird and i think hes B because yes you will slaughter anything with low health but 1 or 2 citrons and god forbid armor chomper or iron citron your screwed 5. law pea is easy S his time to kill is absolutely ridiculous if you can hit all headshots hes very high skill but the reward is so worth it 1 good law pea can easily shred the entire enemy team

I actually really like the electrician. He's the only one I've mastered, because of my lack of use of the entire class, he has crazy direct damage, decent splash, and he gets chain lightning as well.

The one saving grace of cosmic brains imo is a glitch that he’s had for the longest time. If you charge a punch and jump he will use his hit, and when he lands he will still have the fully charged punch allowing him to essentially evaporate roses and sunflowers. Throw a kick in and he will kill any cacti or peashooters providing you land the punches. Another redeeming factor is that he sustains his punch charge through kick, so he is deceptively bad to the people who don’t realize this about him

1. Use her for crowd control, even though the spore does four damage, just spam to drive people away.
2. This plant is amazing on all zombies, even all star as it’s one of the slowest zombies
So basically she is for pve and REALLY new players who crowd up
Super brainz is the only one I would say is hard to win against though. He can jump out of spore clouds, close distance like it’s nothing, and his melee can kill you faster than you can say lemme get my heal flower 3 times fast. Other than that, a surprisingly good counter character

I don't know how good Fire Cactus compared to most characters on this list, but I think he's a pretty solid character. He's actually my main, I like the fact that Fire Damage basically gives him the hidden ability to track enemies from behind walls after hitting them, but also continually doing damage which sometimes finishes off an enemy who managed to get behind cover.

Cosmic Brains is an Assassin, you lead someone around a corner, charge up, then blast them out of existence. It sucks compared to the other rush-based brains, but he is good if you look at him as his own class.
My philosophy in games like this with characters with abilities is that no character is bad or good, it all depends on how well the player can use their abilities
I agree. As a kid, I use to think that rose was had the worst abilities cause only one did damage. Now, I think she has phenomenal abilities that can get you out of any situation.

I will stand up for Mystic Flower and Rugby Star. Mystic Flower's fire rate is so high she basically fires at the rate of Z7 Imp. 18 Bullets per clip, 15s on impact, it adds up to 270 damage per clip, basically as fast as you can mash RT. Rugby star's damage output is pretty damn good, about twenty per bullet, with 17 bullets before overheating, and a little bit of splash to boot. Mystic Flower is B tier, probably A tier, and Rugby star is B tier at best and C at worst.

It still triggers me to see yeti chomper so low here. The only thing bad about it is that it is a pain im the ass to aim with. Freezing, goop which quickly reloads, decemt damage (35 with upgrade), decent health, arc shot (which allows for hitting people behind rooftops), burrow for pinches, and spike weed which is free 50 damage plus a stun (or free heals plus a stun if vamp weed).
That being said I still love wolfys videos. I just wish that yeti chomper got the attention it deserves. It literally is better than most chompers played as a chomper, but doesn't need played as a chomper. It has a ranged attack, fixing the biggest downfall of the chomper class.
People really need to understand that it's about playstyle, especially with chomper. Yeti, armor, twilight, and power are the best chompers. Period.
They each correlate to the different playstyles:
power for spray, as fire damage over time isn't useful for melee characters and he has a larger hit radius
Armor for stealth, he's slow but not as slow as people think and he has 235hp with the health upgrades
Twilight for speed, as he is literally faster than hot rod and has warp.
Yeti for ranged, as his shots are like fucking goop if you land like 3, and with chompcannon (since he doesn't need goop) means you can out dps a soldier
And hot rod if you don't know how to play chomper right and just suicide.

Yeah Painter is second highest tier for me, his DPS is insane and you can snipe with him. I brutalized a camping Future Cactus with him earlier across the map
Painters splash is terrible and he is meant to be a sniper, you better have a good aim to actually make use of that damage, if you have a good aim you might as well use the other engineers, like reg (hits 40) or electrician (hits 35 + electric damage)

being honest, my tier list is completely different from that and I'm kinda proud that I have my own character list, but honestly, it all just comes down to personal preference at the end of the day
Cacti:
Future is A tier
Petrified is A tier
Zen is A tier
Camo is B tier
Reg is B tier
Bandit is B tier
Jade is C tier
Electro is D tier
Fire is D tier
Ice is D tier
The cacti are ordered within their respective tiers
Reasons:
Future hits crazy damage with fully charged shots plus they have lots of splash, her uncharged shots hit decent damge and can be used very quickly, she is very accurate, she is decent at all ranges and her only downside is how easy she is to spot when charging up a shot.
Petrified is very good at close range but doesn't have as much damage output as future at long range.
Zen is good at everything.
Camo is very good at long range, but is completely useless at close range, probably has the highest damge output of all the cacti if you can land crits and is very precise however she shoots very slowly, she's effectively better captain squawk.
Reg is good at everything, just less good than zen.
Bandit has a very high damge output, shoots fast but is very inaccurate, she is not very good at range but is very good at close range, her abilities don't really help her in her role as an assault character.
Jade is the most underrated cacti, she is at the very top of C tier, i was considering putting her in B tier but then i looked at the other characters in B tier and thought that she didn't really belong there. Shes got decent damge, splash and more health than the other cacti, most people put her down for her lack of speed but i dont think the cacti need a lot of mobility in their role as the plants sniper. Definitely my favourite cactus.
All 3 ot the elemental cacti are really overated in my opinion. Their gimmicks are good but they're cancelled out by the characters negatives, all three of them have damge dropoff which really hinders them as cacti, fire and electric cactus are really easy to spot, they all hit slightly different damage but the highest upclose damge that can be done as one of them (electric) in a single hit (excluding their elemental attributes) with a critical hit is one more damage (26) than reg cactus hits from across the map with a body shot (25). Electro is a bit better than the others due to slightly higher damage and being moderately useful in ops. Fire cactus is next due to fire damge almost making up for her ranged dropoff, ice cactus is the worst cactus despite ice being one of the better attributes to have for a cactus on paper. Her lack of damge really hinders her and by the time you've frozen your target they're already dead because of how much damage you have to put into them to freeze them.

Alien flower in decent?! Well, admittedly they are kinda situational, if the enemies have a bunch of bolt blasters or sniping pirates they're amazing at taking out people who don't move, the full damage including the aoe is like 40 damage or so and shoots really fast, it's great for slow moving or stationary targets such as people in objective.
@Maxwell Snell She's still pretty good in team vanquish, she's used differently regardless of the gamemode, she can deny areas of the map, not just an objective, hallways, doors, roofs, and any kind of choke point, she's played completely different to any other sunflower.

The few characters I didn't agree on.
Cozmic is aids, but using the lag to my advantage, I can land some dirty hits with him and have gotten great streaks.
BBQ corn despite being nerfed I mastered super fast, chipping away rapidly at your enemies gets you some sick kills.
Fire/Reg Sunflower, their damage output is meh and their healing isn't fast enough, their accuracy is alright though.
Toxic Citron I ended up getting the highest kill streak before (43) but was beaten by Iron Citron the day I unlocked him, keep in mind this was after the rework and Toxic Citron is only at specialist. He's good but even up close his damage is crap.
Party and Reg Imps mechs are amazing, but the recoil and inaccuracy on their weapons makes me hate using them, I know their damage output is high, but I hate that recoil with a passion.
I never liked using the manual detonation characters, everyone talks about how busted they are but I couldn't care too much, ironically enough E.Pea was my first mastered Peashooter, but I never used him his intended way, I landed direct shots because the explosion radius of the manual detonation is actually garbage, Captain Cannon either lags or just sucks because he blows up his shots prematurely sometimes.
I used to main Pops Corn back on hero showcase when I first bought the game, but like for some reason I can barely get kills with him now, I guess my accuracy got worse.
Camo Ranger is easily Solid because unlike Cacti, he can still fight back if they get too close to him.
Plasma Peas nerf honestly ruined him for me.
I always thought Chompula was better than hotrod because you have more health, you heal health, and you also get a slight speed boost from his kills (Unless they removed that because GW1 gave him some speed)
Druid rose is up with Nec'Rose, I mastered them both and they are sickly.
Super Commandos ammo nerf really ruined it for me because despite having 2 reloads, not only is his damage far less lethal, its also inaccurate, I notice this with GW2 some lf the bolt or accurate type classes actually miss alot, in GW1 I could land shots super accurately (I mained Camo Cactus in GW1) yet in GW2, Camo Cactus (or any cactus really) is unusable for me.
Other than that, pretty accurate.

Personally, I would’ve put deadbeard a tier higher because he has the most mobility while ADS of any pirate (quick scoping) and since plants heads are huge he can hit 30s at mid range
That paired with his fast fire rate and two separate tools for dealing with choppers makes him easily my favourite character

Mystic and pharaoh cactus are actually stupid good and imo are better than stuffy and vampire. Camo cactus is probably better than any other cactus if you don’t suck (66 damage headshots are really insane).

As a cactus main and someone who plays a lot of the characters mentioned in the “Not Ranked” tier, I think it would’t be bad if i ranked some of the characters there.

I seriously need to use mystic flower, cricket star is possibly my favorite allstar. Honestly, sun pharaoh is not bad at all, people just don't like burst weapons in games unless it is broken. Camo cactus is cracked in turf tho.

Hey Wolfy, fun fact The power chomper is really good because with his spray He hits a 10 as soon as you spray meaning you can use him like a z-7 Imp and just use your trigger finger to melt through people.👍🙂

Kernel Corn is my favorite the only thing I don’t like is that when you use the power up where he jumps over the enemy shooting them he can very easily hit a wall or the player itself canceling the damage from his shots.

After his video on why Rock is the worst Peashooter, there is no WAY that is in 'Good' tier. Also it hurts seeing that right next to the Commando, which is my favourite Pea
I'd say that moto-x super star should be up there with the solids for the sole reason that its able to outspray a vampire sunflower even when you put down a mini sunflower for an extra health boost. Plus the mud disables an enemy's ability and kills them fairly quick. The luchador super star should also maybe be solid due to the main reason of the slow yet really hard hitting bullets, I'd say its better for a closer range tho, it would only take a few shots to the head to kill an enemy with the luchador super star, but that's just my opinion since I main both moto-x and the luchador (cuz they're the only ones I have lol)

I can agree that agent pea is a touchy character to put in top tier,I would replace him with reg soldier because he is disgustingly good
This is gonna be long but I'm going to make an opinion list on all the characters.
Peashooter: Splash damage is good, headshot damage is orgasmic, I tend not to pogo jump. Chili Bean Bomb is not overpowered in any shape or form.
Same goes for the Gatling mode.
Fire Pea: Damage is neat, fire damage destroys the enemy with ease. Don't forget splash.
Ice Pea: Holy sh*t, such an underrated character. Peashooters have splash, use it as an advantage with this character.
Toxic Pea: Toxic damage is great, once again, there's splash(best splash for Peas).
Commando Pea: Fully auto peashooter with damage that can do more then shots from Gatling.
Agent Pea: My favorite pea, my most used character in the game. Headshots are insane. Commando , Agent, and Law don't do Splash damage.
Law Pea: Shoot toward the head, 6 shots with this character and most zombies are down for the count.
Plasma Pea: I hate 5455 using this character. This characters charged shots are annoying because you can pogo jump with it. 78 f*cking damage and a pogo pea...
Rock Pea: My least favorite Pea because it's an armored character and it's splash is super weird.
Electro Pea: How hard is it to nerf this character. I used this character only to master it and I hate murdering people( Unless I feel like vengeance is the only way).
Chomper: I suck at being in close range fights so Chompers aren't good for me. Spikeweeds are op, Goop is useful for me, and Burrow is insanely overpowered. This Chomper is annoying, not a lot to talk about.
Fire Chomper: Easily one of the most nerfed characters in PVZ GW history. He used to hit like a truck. He was a walking Blazing Blast. Now he's just a Chomper who spits out fire.
Toxic Chomper: Not an op character, fun to use cause spraying Chompers aren't annoying in any way shape or form. Toxic damage can finish them off.
Power Chomper: Heh, easily one of my favorite Chompers, due to the zap affect when it chains others. Does a decent amount of damage up close.
Count Chompula: My favorite Chomper hands down. Gulp one enemy, gain health. Its super simple to use. Just don't die before then...
Chomp Thing: What even is this Chomper. Its the weakest version of all spraying Chompers. It's heal faster ability isn't that useful either.
Armor Chomper: Use the slow but deadly chomps towards your advantage. Not only does his chomps do more damage, but he also has the most health.
Yeti Chomper: A Chomper who doesn't need to attack close range, not a good idea. The freeze effects is sadly the only good thing you get out if this mid range shooter.
Disco Chomper: This Chomper is a legendary, Disco Time gives this Chomper more abilities, speed, chomp damage, actually that's it.
Hot Rod Chomper: This Chomper is the scariest thing ever. Get the hell out of its way or it'll sneak behind you and kill you. Speed is key with this character.
Unicorn Chomper: Only the kids who grinded in GW can have this character. This Mythical Legend has a secret weapon, Unicorn Warp. Let's just say it's harder to get away.
Twighlight Chomper: Yay a new character, who is it gonna be. I hope it's a Rose, or an Imp! Oh wait, another Chomper with a Midnight Warp ability that can reach you from a mile away.
Sunflower: I see too much of these flowers glooming everwhere healing each other and healing themselves with their bastard Heal Flowers. This sunshine also has a Gatling of its own, the Sunbeam. Sunflower is a fully auto supporter with a big magazine of ammo.
Fire Flower: A very strong flower with very little auto time. Still does tons of fire damage though.
Power Flower: This Sunflower is underrated, able to murder characters faster with the chain affect and the rapid auto fire.
Mystic Flower: A very popular flower because of high damage from the 1st stage of her charged attack. The other ones you don't need to use as much.
Shadow Flower: My favorite Sunflower because how big her magazine is. You can't really miss a shot with her.
Metal Petal: This character also rocks a coat of paint that helps her in the fight because she gets just as much health as a Peashooter.
Alien Flower: This character went from one of the most hated characters to one of the best because her mysterious sparkles deal extra damage when hit. Foot Soldiers can't stand and camp in high places anymore.
Sun Pharaoh: Oh look, a burst flower with less firepower then most Sunflowers. Her damage is decent and your accuracy doesn't need depending on.
Vampire Flower: The best looking Sunflower with only 85 health because every hit towards someone helps herself.
Stuffy Flower: This character is the best supporter of all sunflowers because she drops sunlight that can heal her teammates when she hits someone.
Cactus: The sniper class of the plant side, she's able to cover herself using Tallnuts and Potato Mines aren't annoying at all. Her Garlic Drone is a very great feature, it's so f*cking fun to use. Regular Cactus is actually really good.
Fire Cactus: Jesus Christ, this used to be my most used character in GW1 because of the damage and fire effect.
Ice Cactus: This ice variant is very underrated doing almost just as much damage as every other cactus and has the freeze effect where you just narrow your target down as they stand there.
Power Cactus: I love the design with the lil plug in her mouth. Cacti are very underrated and with Cactus having her own Electric variant, this character is very underrated.

1. Scallywag is really good I think hes pretty underrated and imp with a legendary mode will always be op
2. Dont kill me for this but toxic brainz is mid everytime you pick him everyone is either gonna run away or target you from across the map even then before you get overload he does so little damage tb isnt awful but hes overrated in my opinion
3. Twilight is busted as hell in everything but turf, vanquish confirmed and team vanquish and there hes b tier in anything else solid A
4. Chemist is weird and i think hes B because yes you will slaughter anything with low health but 1 or 2 citrons and god forbid armor chomper or iron citron your screwed
5. law pea is easy S his time to kill is absolutely ridiculous if you can hit all headshots hes very high skill but the reward is so worth it 1 good law pea can easily shred the entire enemy team
