Too much Land availability is also an issue as even investment of 10 years there is negligible increase in prices. However, Property Dealers & Developers are playing with Investors money.
Few years, you won't see anything after that it start showing exponentially, big area needs very big time and investment, but for fulfilling the needs of future demand we must be developing project like dholera.

dholera is saline salt land how is possible to construct those ` such huge buildings and if done than the cost of construction will be high
Yes. The cost of construction will be higher from conventional since you need to treat water or get water from Narmada river to have lower chloride content & sulphate contents as well as need to treat TMT with epoxy coating or IPN7 coating to increase life against aggressive corrosive environment. Or may need to come with better technologies
