Anand ji namaskar 🙏🏻 My story is exactly like yours. 💯 % . I am from Delhi too. My name is Tinu Tandon. I wrote and composed about 70/80 songs and God gave me the gift of singing too. Just like you I went to Mumbai too to become a music director. You were the inspiration. But Destiny plays its own role , I couldn’t make it . I tried for almost two years and after that I had to come back to Canada . When I was there in Mumbai, I met you too once at your Yari Road sitting room. Thats Life , that’s Destiny but still I have a feeling that my songs, my creations will not go to waste. One day atleast few of my songs will see the light of the day 😊

Cant put everything here, but can only say that I was running after a very famous singer to get my songs recorded for an album , but had a big showdown with his father for a very very stupid reason . And also he went away from Mumbai for a movie shoot and my album couldn’t get started. Lot of stories. Phir kabhie 😀👍

I spoke to him in the early nineties, may be around 1994, when he was struggling to make his mark in Bombay and his family was in Delhi. I spoke to his wife, she called him and he, in return, called me up.

From tender age of 8 (1986) my life was only songs because of the film audio cassettes, my dad had of those 60s music. . Whole Sunday used to be spent Listening, writing, humming songs etc. .
