Good that you preparing for your travel to Canada. Depending on when you are arriving in Canada, I would suggest purchasing your winter wear here in Canada. There are more choices and made for use in winter.
@@user-fk3df8eu5m Hi! Yes! Thanks for your suggestion. A few of our friends mentioned the same thing. We've gone ahead and bought a pair of thermal wear, a jacket, and shoes just in case. We’ll be arriving in Canada at the end of next month and getting ready for the weather adjustment.❄️

May I suggest you buy your winter jackets in Calgary, because Alberta winters could go as cold as minus 40.

I think it's a wrong decision, more space and weight in your luggage and it might cause you more fee to travel. There is more store in Canada that you can buy this kind of stuff. I been living here in the US for a long time and I didn't worry a bit about Winter season. My suggestion is learn how to tackle snow during winter season, especially driving in a snow road and also black ice condition. This is only my opinion. And one thing more "It's easy carry card or cash" Thank You
