I feel like you are telling my story👌wedding is really good but pray for it because the devil is at war with marriages. I also started planning in a restaurant but it was not affordable considering kachai bills🍴, settled on Norwich eventually. Some days it was 4,5 or 6 people who showed up. However, people you least expect from your contacts are the ones, who support in those meetings and taking roles. Friends very few show up. But as you put it Kabi, people come into our lives for different reasons and seasons. Mi naona mkiniita we exchange notes😂😂 I thank God for my best couple we had a dedicated day... Thursday we were sharing notes, laughing, premarital counseling mpaka 3am as in choose a couple that will walk with you even after the D-day.

Me too. I did a church wedding too and I regret the whole committee stuff. I actually hated it. A wedding is not an emergency. Do a small wedding in church and one you can afford or you just walk in to the AG and later have a prayers at home. Hii mambo ya kustress watu for a wedding is a no for me.

You're journey is truly blessed of God. Be blessed. However on the part of the committee there are some few points I don't agree with like not using your money but using everyone else's... That's not right at all and I feel that's misleading young people... If you can't afford a wedding of your choice do what you can afford but don't rely on other people finances. If people want to contribute allow them to contribute but don't burden other people to sponsor your dream wedding. Doing things the right way does not necessarily mean an elaborate wedding if you can't afford, doing the right thing is cutting your cloth according to your size... I don't agree with converging a committee to raise money for your wedding...

You guys have really taken me back to old days when my spouse and i were organizing our wedding. Omg. We went through the worst stress. I would call amd text people who I thought were my friends but I would still find myself the only person in the meeting joint. Actually the people who helped me most were not the people I expected. God brought angels who reacued me. Manze I was so depressed. You wont beleive how far God has taken us. The major challenge for us is that we matured way early than our peers. So when we called most of them, They did not have any to assist us. Today, I help anyone whom am able the much am able because, my time was a teaching and learning moment.
