I used to sit on top of that water tower when it was being built.
He said sandy springs so many times I had to click this shot off… DAMNmmmmmmmm.. we know what city youre talking about..
@2:40 you can make it into Atlanta from Sandy Springs in about 5 minutes at like 1 A.M. Traffic blows
Haha, true, traffic does suck. I just meant that Sandy Springs and Atlanta border each other.
All over is still considered Atlanta due to the metropolitan Atlanta area or the city of Atlanta
@@isaiahpledge2538 Tell that to people that live in metro Atlanta lol.
Nice vid… sounds about right to me. They say Sandy Springs is more of an area for the children (adults) of families from Alpharetta. It’s a lot of young professionals in the area. I love the green spaces and the Chattahoochee river being in the middle.. They say Gwinnett is mostly for better schooling… Yes I agree there are a lot of things to do but it closes down really early… There are just a few spots after hours but it is what it is. I choose Sandy Springs because it reminds me a little of Princeton NJ. Other than that I just mind my business because it’s starting to be more than usual activities going on that I have no clue about. The traffic is starting to be a little much.
What would be the starting cost of home for rent for a family ?
Unfortunately, real estate agents in Georgia don’t get paid to work with rentals, so I’m not familiar with the rental market.
Sandy springs its only great bc it’s 10 min from Atlanta and it’s not family oriented like the suburbs. 🙄You really don’t know anything about the city of Sandy Springs.
This is complete lies
Haha, it’s just my opinion of Sandy Springs. What part do you disagree with?
