your videos are great i love the start to finish method and with a cooking tip too it saves trawling thru youtube to find each stage of how to grow stuff
Great video! I do the same but I fry the garlic, onion and cubed courgette for a couple of minutes, then addd the ricotta, mascarpone or cream and cook for another minute or two. Then I add the pasta and voila!
