been following for years. I think the last roll of shots.. your boys will one day see and know the legacy you have left them..they are lucky to live the life that you have given them when they look back. love from Cape town, South africa.
I’m amazed at how nautical Rhonda has become, so quickly! You both are so excited with this vital piece of gear. Good on you, it’ll be a real treat for sailing Indonesia. At least the locals will see you coming!!
Well guys, what a wake-up call. It's just a couple of clicks away from 4am Saturday, down here, so thought I'd check in, before my caffeine fix. Yep, "before.!!" Christmas is early for you guys, this year, eh.? Exciting times. Thank you for sharing. All the very best from down here.
My dream of a sail. I've got an asymmetrical spinnaker which I have never bother to use it as a solo sailor. I hope I can get my hands on a symmetrical one with the sock.
@@SailorJames ups sorry I have mixed things around. The other way around 🙂it is a symmetrical that I have and I would like to have an asymmetrical. Easier for a solo sailor.
bro, love the content, havent watched all the vids yet, but on average, how much did you spend on these legs? i know the boat was about $2500, how much did you spend on the refit and crossings? if thats not too much to ask. Fair winds and tight lines
During refit which lasted 4 years I invested roughly $30k to turn the boat into a blue water cruiser. Since then probably another $20k or more has been invested in gear by sponsors. Passages only cost food a small quantity of fuel.
