  • Hello there everyone, I am trying to build a magic review channel since a lot of tricks, books, and downloads lack reviews and input. Since I own so much magic, I have decided to create this channel in order to help you make better purchases and give you an idea about what you are purchasing! In this video, I look at Deadline by Yannick Barth.
If you wish to contact me, I have a twitter and an Instagram page (sebastiantocamagic) in which I am active and ready to answer your questions. I will answer your questions and requests for further reviews with pleasure. Just do not ask me to reveal the method for you!!
Subscribe to help me grow, and make other magicians see these reviews before buying new products.
If any creator would like to send me something, contact me at sebastian.98@hotmail.com

At least it's a nice change to the normal "pick-a-card"-tricks.

It’s a nice variation on triumph but nothing more. The stopwatch stuff makes it look like more confusing and I’m not much into the « oopsie looks like I messed up but actually no » kind of trick. I might borrow the idea of the stopwatch and just integrate it in my actual triumph to change from time to time (but instantly showing that it’s the time they got), but I think it’s a download for beginners. Every intermediate magician should already have a working triumph.

I agree... $35. for a trick I'm already doing, is outrageous. The idea of obtaining 3 numbers from their phone timer is cute, but then after that, it's just a Triumph effect with 3 cards instead of 1. I can see if using a C2C deck, you would want to make sure you have doubles of the 'numbers', as I'm sure that will occur on occasion.
ps) I like your version of Triumph, as I've never seen it before. Looks good.

Thank you so much for you detailed comment! I didnt even do it justice in that performance due to the cards being very moist and old! It is Victor Piña’s Triumph in “Pineapple on Classics” and to me one of the best triumphs on the market.
