The machine Ahmad is using seems to have a number of names. He calls it a Morso (which we think is the most popular brand name for the machine in the US - a bit like us calling a vacuum cleaner a hoover in the UK). It more generally seems to be referred to as a mitre guillotine. It's a tool most commonly used in framing and joinery
