One thing I really appreciate in this event is Sebek being his own character. It's really refreshing seeing him not fawning over Malleus every single line, it's also nice to see Idia and Jade having normal interaction with others too. I hope when Diasomnia chapter goes around, Sebek would have development to his character even more. There are interesting ways to play around narratively with his status as half-human, half-fairy.
It's like it's saying "No matter how hard you try, you'll still lose to the 'good' guys." You'd think a world that idealized villains would have the 'villain' characters win, but nope, not Disney.
I really hope NRC won against RSA in the future. Though, this is such a cute and fun event, and Marja is now my favorite character from these special events. Really hope we get to see more of these where we visit their homeland in the future! I am mainly curious about visiting the homelands of the Fish Mafia gang, Malleus's group, and Leona's family. After everything that has happened, it pissed me off to no end. But still, Marja is as sweet as ever. This event is a lot of fun, and thank you Ayui-san for your hardwork.

I kind of appreciate that they are always the underdogs (even though it makes me mad.) It really helps you appreciate a character when they don't necessarily have the power of plot to help them succeed at all times
I enjoyed this event but man, was I frustrated. I guesss there's something about how twst makes me sympathize with the "villains". usually, villains do backhanded tactics to win and of course, they'll get beaten by the hardworking, friendly-sport that is the main protagonist, because it's always good over bad-apparently that's just how things are supposed to be so people root for the protagonist cause they're inspiring. but here...the arrogant, badmouthing, sarcastic "villains" (that played 100% fair btw) overworked for days, was forced to take the hard way because of circumstances out of their control and dealt with everything with what they had...but still, in the end lost, again due to circumstances they can't control while the good "protagonists" don't even experience Half of what "villains" went through; it's almost as if the universe aligned for them while its fcked for everyone else. makes me question what is "good" begin with, sure I'm morally gray myself, but I'm pretty damn sure "good" isn't just about wearing light-colored uniforms. I feel like I'm having a Vil moment right now, bless the Apple Lantern team phew
