There’s a huge issue: You can’t use the Air Remote TTL with the Sony A7RIV. I found an article with a guy explaining that he couldn’t use it two years ago. I just got one and it won’t find the channel. They are selling a full product with no solution to this.

Yeah, like so much with Profoto, basic instructions suck. To open the battery flap, locate the small center panel on the backside of the unit just above the camera lock ring (just below the label with the writing on it) and lift it upward. The battery compartment door will open.
