Over the past few weeks, we visited every location where Wanderers had appeared, yet we're always a step behind Xavier.
We were frustrated at our lack of progress. But finally, Lady Luck smiled upon us. On a sunny afternoon, we were taking a break at the park when we spotted a familiar figure. Sleeping under the shade of a tree with a kitten 🐈 snuggled against his chest, the individual turned out to be Xavier, the person we've been looking for! After listening to our request, the Impossible-To-Find Deepspace Hunter agreed to do an interview.

I'v been replaying 2:10 so many times
I didn't much care for him at first (Zayne is my chosen lover XD) but he's quickly grown on me with his love for sleep...and I guess seeing the Harmony card advertised over and over again helped. Sometimes a baby face isn't so bad. Edit: IDK why they're keeping the English VA's a big secret. (There's 0 info on them online yet) We might all be surprised when they come out though. I feel like we've heard them before in other media. **Possible spoiler** I guess the backstory is he's hundreds/thousands of years old? So it makes perfect sense that he'd love sleep. He's an old man in a young man's body.

Yknow when i first saw the pictures of the guys as I was downloading. I thought as usual I would go for the one with glasses (its a whole thing i don't understand myself tbh). And Xavier with his princely perfect looks, all white hair and blue eyes, was _never_ my type. I acknowledged the type was good looking, but they were always too perfect for me. And I could never feel attraction to a person without flaw like that. And, again, I was more into the dark hair and glasses lol. That or the soft bear type. But ig Xavier is kinda like that too? Anyways! the point is that this man absolutely SNUCK UP ON ME. THE DOKIDOKI WAS INSTANT AND IT SURPRISED ME. WHAT. And then I fell deeper into the rabbit hole lol. Well, there's a first time for everything!

Like before the game released i was sure i was gonna fall for zayne cuz uk black hair glasses and stuff and blond characters were usually like my least favourites but when i actually played the game GOD xavier's personality, his charm, his voice, everything. This is cute and all, but the question about what to do when an argument arises, the answer is to confront the problem and come up with a solution together, on said issue.
If his answer is "going to see the stars," which is a beautiful suggestion, I would hope that, while out and about for said event, that checking out stars breaks the ice of the situation.
So that both their tempers are able to decrease and be of balanced mind with their emotions and they're able to come to a solution to the problem. While checking out the stars.
Sorry so long, but if Xavier just adverts confrontations, by always using seeing the stars as a scapegoat to every argument, then he won't be able to stay in a sustainable relationship.
That may be why he's lived for over 200yrs. Unless the planet he lives on has summers a lot quicker than our calendar years on Earth.
Also, this interview tells me he's still in a period of "living it up," and still enjoying this newfound freedom of being an adult.
He's not ready to settle down and date. That's why he's so busy, and when he's not busy, he's sleeping.
Dating to get into a serious relationship is the last thing on his mind. Because he's always busy, hungry and sleepy. 😂🩷✨️
I like how they ask him if he's posessive. This is a real life genuine question to ask yourself personally about a significant other, by watching their actions. I'm sure this relationship module will not have overly possessive men in the game.
They're catering to the audiences requests for honeymoon phase-like situations for any beginning relationships. So, this game is never going to give toxic relationship vibes.
Which helps girls see what to truly look out for, in terms of real toxic relationships actually existing in life. Seeing those red flags and choosing not to be in such a relationship and avoid such a possible situationship altogether.
I appreciate this games efforts to bring about cute, positive relationships.
I see Xaviers' "yellow flag" as adverting from taking responsibility of a situation that the other partner is concerned about. It's always good to nip such problematic issues in the bud, before they snowball into a cataclysmic breakup.
His personality is cute, but not for me. His yellow flag can turn into a green flag overtime, by both partners formulating a game plan, and coming up with a way to tackle said issue.
Maybe instead of his virtual partner going irate headfirst into addressing the situation (red flag to some degree, unless his partner has asked calmly multiple times), they address the issue with him calmly, which would prevent Xavier form going onto a "fight of flight" state and fleeing from addressing the issue at all, by taking to see the stars. 🤔

Having played the game and read through a lot of the personal side stories and anecdotes, I see this interview a LOT differently. The self he presents to media is a lot different than the one revealed in the story. Because of the life he's lived, he's actually very wise, and cautious about whom and what he spends his energy on because he realizes time is very precious. Rather than averting arguments, I think he's better at addressing the root of problems head on but at the same time he's very very patient, he waits for the mc to bring things up out of respect for them also. I think he's the least toxic out of all of them. 😶
And also he's definitely been revealed to be the opposite of his living it up phase lollllll. He's guided with purpose, and is very methodical. He sleeps a lot because he's exhausted due to the grueling work he does! As for the stars... It's very meaningful but I won't spoil why.

It doesn't haha. I'm more down to take a standpoint to defend the writers/game devs. I think they've done fantastic so far fleshing out all the characters. I was moreso pointing out that it's not fair to make such assumptions about the character without actually playing. The main story alone, sans romance, would be (and is) enough alone to keep me playing, so I just think people should give it a chance, regardless! @@haleyadams731
