Pls do more research on bipolar. There are more than 2 types of bipolar, and neither is worse than the other types. They are all just different. Type 1 is more on manic, Type 2 is more in depressive, but not necessarily worse.

It's important to be aware of one's moods. To reduce your excitement, practice breathing exercises to relax your mind. Do the same thing if you feel low or depressed. The key is to balance your mood to avoid highs and lows. It is beneficial to meditate as it calms the mind. This necessitates practice, discipline, and patience. I am not a fan of medication. This is a temporary solution that alleviates symptoms but does not address the root cause. The side effects are also worth considering. I healed from mental illness through meditation, exercise and eating healthy. AVOID SWEETS AT ALL COSTS, IT’S THE NUMBER ONE TRIGGER OF DEPRESSION.
